The Partners The West Berkshire Partnership (WBP) is made up of a wide range of local organisations, agencies and businesses. It is managed by the WBP Management Board. The Management Board comprises senior representatives from 12 organisations. The 12 organisations are made up from 4 public sector, 4 private sector and 4 voluntary and community sector representatives. There are 5 key Partnership groups that sit beneath the Management Board. These Partnerships involve a range of organisations responsible for statutory and non statutory duties. The purpose of the key Partnerships is to make progress on outcomes and priorities as agreed locally and report to the Management Board.
The West Berkshire Partnership's Management Board was established in January 2002 with 9 places equally representating the public, voluntary and business sectors. The Chairs of the Action Groups in the Partnership also took part in the Management Board. In 2006 the Management Board has agreed to increase its membership from 9 to 12. In keeping with the equal split between the voluntary, public and private sectors - there are now 4 nominated representatives from each sector. Members are:

The Performance Group monitors progress and performance for all the partnerships within WBP and reports directly to the Management Board.
